The certification bodies aim to create transparency regarding quality requirements as well as to increase and ensure professionalism. Our employees hold certifications from the International Project Management Association (IPMA), the Systems Engineering Professional Certification (INCOSE) and the International Requirement Engineering Board (IREB).

In regular internal trainings, workshops and in the Project System Engineering process, the fundamentals learned from the international certifications are constantly deepened, optimised and professionalised. In addition, we ensure the quality of our processes with internal audits. The process standards are laid down in the PSE Management Manual.
